I’ve talked about the value of fat and the risk of a high carbohydrate diet before but this infographic does a nice job of summarizing it.
One of the Fusion Performance Standards is leanness or maybe a better way to say it is, healthy body fat levels. And, paradoxically, one of the best ways to achieve this is to NOT make it the center of your life. Focus instead on your overall health (part of which can be measured and part is how you feel) and the fringe benefit will be your body will change.
